ProtocolFilm studies hand carried to our office or received via the U.S. Postal Service, private courier, UPS or FedEx are given first priority and dictated immediately upon arrival. Film studies are routinely dictated within 24 hours of log in. Reports can be faxed, emailed or sent via return mail at your discretion. If there is a film finding that demands your immediate attention Dr. Longmuir will contact you right away.
Getting Started
For your convenience, we will work on an attorney's lien basis or bill the appropriate insurance or Worker's compensation carrier for our services. We will direct bill for our report (professional component) providing your office has billed only for the taking of the x-rays (technical component). Private pay accounts receive a professional discount when payment accompanies the film studies to our office. We will interpret up to and including 13 sectional plain film views for $45.00 providing payment accompanies the film studies to our office. This reduced fee does not apply to advanced imaging (CT and MRI) studies.
