A message from Gary A. Longmuir, M.App.Sc., DC, DACBR:

Welcome to my website! Whether you are a doctor or a patient, I hope that you find the information you need contained within the pages of this site. Let me begin by introducing myself: I have been offering quality plain film and advanced diagnostic imaging interpretation serviced to the Phoenix area since 1987. As Director of Diagnostic X-Ray Consultation Services®, I provide interpretation of plain film, CT and MRI, written radiology reports, technical advice and timely and efficient billing for services rendered.

I graduated from the University of Toronto and Palmer University in Davenport, IA. I completed a full-time residency in radiology at Cleveland College of Chiropractic in Kansas City in 1986. Afterward, I finished a postdoctoral fellowship in CT and MRI in Carol Streat, IL. I am adjunct faculty at the Southern California University of Health Sciences, where I recently completed my Masters in Musculoskeletal Management. I recently co-authored the chapter on Brain and Spinal Cord for the textbook, Clinical Imaging with Skeletal, Chest and Abdomen Pattern Differentials, by Dennis Marchiori, 2nd edition, published by Elsevier Mosby. I am the consulting radiologist with Maricopa County Urgent Care.

I am also a consulting radiologist with Stand Up MRI of America™ , a positional advanced imaging facility in North Phoenix. I am a life member of the National Magnetic Resonance Society (NMRS) and a member of the Clinical Magnetic Resonance Society (CMRS) and the American College of Chiropractic Radiology (ACCR). Presently, I hold the office of Secretary, the American Board of Chiropractic Specialties within the American Chiropractic Association (ACA). I am currently Vice President of the ACA Council on Diagnostic Imaging.

My staff and I are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 4pm MST. Our services are available at no charge to the doctor and we provide complementary courier service in the Greater Phoenix area.

We are committed to assisting you in making your Radiology Department as professional as the rest of your office.
